Sinomach Hainan Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinomach Hainan") is a wholly-owned second-level subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinomach Group"), which is directly managed by the central government and ranks among the Fortune Global 500. It is the regional headquarters of Sinomach Group in Hainan. It has seven subsidiaries, including China National Complete Engineering Co., Ltd., China International Agriculture Investment Co., Ltd., and China Machinery Industry Hainan Co., Ltd.
