Beijing,June20-- Mr.Cai Jibo, the Chairman of the Board of Sinomach Hainan, was invited to visit the Liberian Embassy in China to meet with Mr.Alexander Nuetah,Liberian Agriculture Minister and his delegation. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in the agricultural field.

Mr.Cai Jibo stated that Liberia possesses unique natural resources and has tremendous development potential in agriculture. Sinomach Hainan has rich experience in agricultural product imports and overseas engineering construction. “We are willing to share our experience in agricultural product trade, comprehensive agricultural development, and infrastructure construction with Liberia. We look forward to closely cooperating with Liberia in agriculture and other aspects.” Mr.Cai Said.

Mr.Alexander Nuetah expressed gratitude for Sinomach Hainan's concern and support for Liberia's economic development. He emphasized that ensuring Liberia's food security is the top priority of the Liberian Ministry of Agriculture. Meanwhile, Liberia is committed to promoting the development of agriculture-related upstream and downstream industries, strengthening cooperation with Sinomach Hainan in areas such as agricultural product and equipment trade, technical exchanges, staple and cash crop cultivation and management, and infrastructure construction, to jointly contribute to the agricultural development of Liberia and China.

Subsequently, witnessed by Mr.Dudley Thomas, Liberian Ambassador to China and relevant Liberian senior officials, Sinomach Hainan and the Liberian Ministry of Agriculture signed a "Memorandum of Understanding on Liberian Agricultural Development Projects."

Mr.Alexander Nuetah and his delegation also visited the China National Key Laboratory of Agricultural Equipment Technology of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences under the Sinomach Group, to learn about the latest scientific research achievements in intelligent equipment manufacturing of the Sinomach Group.

Mr.Alexander Nuetah and his delegation also visited the Beijing office of Sinomach Hainan on June 18th. Mr.Li Kan, the Vice General Manager of Sinomach Hainan, and Mr.Xu Shenglong, the General Manager of the Department of NO.1 Engineering and Trade, introduced the historical evolution and organizational structure of the Sinomach Group, as well as the company positioning, advantages, main business, and development goals of Sinomach Hainan. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on formulating short-term and long-term cooperation plans around Liberia's national agricultural development plan. Mr.Dudley Thomas,Liberian Ambassador to China, Ms. Zhang Lili, the Vice Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, and relevant personnel from the Department of NO.1 Engineering and Trade of Sinomach Hainan attended the meeting.

Sinomach Hainan cooperate with several African countries in agriculture and other fields, achieving fruitful results. In the future, Sinomach Hainan will continue to strengthen agricultural cooperation with African countries such as Liberia, introducing China's advanced agricultural management experience, technical equipment to Africa, promoting high-quality agricultural products from Africa to enter the Chinese market, and writing a new chapter for Sino-African friendly cooperation.
